I have taken many photos and recharged this battery several times. It is working very well. I have two batteries. the one that came with the camera and this one I bought extra. I alternate using them and charging them so I always have an extra fully charge battery at all times. This battery works perfect. As good or better than the one that came with the Nikon coolpix.
